Ecom Kart is committed towards removing infringing products from the site. To ease this process, Ecom Kart has put in an Infringement Verification process, so that the owners of intellectual property can easily report about the breaching of their rights. It is in Ecom Kart’s interest to ensure that infringing products are removed from the site, as it somehow deteriorate seller and buyers trust.

How to Register a Complain for Your IP Right

If you are confident enough that your IP right has been infringed by any of our seller than you can follow the below given procedures. We need that the owner of Intellectual Property right or authorized agents provide the mention details and send an email to infringement@Ecom Kart.co.in.

The email should contain the entire information that is provided below:

1. 1. Identification or report of the copyrighted work/ trademark that has been infringed.
2. 2. Clear identification or report of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on www.Ecom Kart.co.in with ample particulars
3. 3. Product ID / website links of infringing products (in case of copyright infringement)
4. 4. *(Note: Ecom Kart is unable to process requests which do not provide detail of exact product IDs or URLs. Please do not provide links to browse pages or links of search queries as these pages are active and their contents change with time).
5. 5. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
6. 6. A statement by you that you have 100% surety that the use of the material complained of is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
7. 7. A statement by you, that the information in your notice is correct and that you are the owner of copyright or intellectual property or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
8. 8. Brand Name (in case of Trademark infringement)
